REFUND POLICY
Standard shipping ($25) applies to all products sent from our compounding pharmacy and is shipped via express courier. Free shipping is available for all pathology and medical services.
Warehouse shipping is $10 and applies to products from our warehouse, including our mushroom range and sharps containers.
Shipping costs are applied at checkout and will default to the highest applicable rate. For example, if a patient purchases both a peptide and a sharps container in one order, standard shipping ($25) will be applied.
Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on stock availability. The estimated delivery times provided are guidelines only—please refer to the tracking number sent to your email for real-time updates.
Many of our products are compounded prescription medications. In compliance with Australian health regulations, once a product has left the pharmacy—even if unopened—it is no longer considered in saleable condition. For safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any products that have been dispensed.

1 Delivery Times
Once your order is confirmed and approved by one of our physicians, the pharmacy will compound and ship it to your nominated address. This process typically takes 5–10 business days.
Please note that orders requiring refrigeration will not be dispatched on Thursdays or Fridays to prevent delays over the weekend.
All orders are shipped via express post, with delivery expected within 1–3 days after dispatch, depending on your location.
2 Faulty, damaged or missing Items
Once your order leaves the compounding pharmacy or our warehouse, Integrative Health Clinic is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, as all risk transfers to the consumer upon dispatch. Responsibility for goods in transit falls to the courier company.
We take great care to ensure all orders are securely packed and dispatched in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at info@integrativehealthclinic.com.au with the following details:

3 Right To Refuse
Integrative Health reserves the right to refuse service, including consultations, prescriptions, and product sales, at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, cases where a treatment is deemed unsuitable, there are safety concerns, or if required medical information has not been provided.
If an order is refused or canceled, we will notify you as soon as possible and, where applicable, provide a refund for any payments made.
4 Terms of Sale
To purchase products from Integrative Health, you must first register as a patient and complete our confidential medical questionnaire. Orders are only available to individuals over 18 who are the legal purchaser of the goods and hold a valid prescription from one of our registered physicians (included in the product price).
Once your order has been delivered, you are responsible for its proper storage and use. Integrative Health is not liable for any damage, improper storage, or use beyond the product’s expiry date.
By registering with Integrative Health, you agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information. Submitting false personal details, including identity fraud, constitutes a legal offense and may result in legal action.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to adjust pricing or availability without notice.
